Resume Applications

Hi folks, I have applications and resume installed. I like that candidates have to fill in resume before applying for a job. Only when they apply I would like to be able to allow Admin to authorise the resume application before it goes on the Client job manager. Currently the Client receives an unauthorised application, I would like them to receive nothing until authorised by admin.

Is there a configuration for this or a workaround?
