Results not showing for certain product categories

  • Hi,
    I’ve recently noticed that the filter returns no results when certain categories are selected, despite there being products that should show as a result.
    When these Product Categories are selected no results are returned:
    – Entrance Mats
    – Specialist Mats
    Other combinations return results as expected, until one of these categories is selected.
    Please help me fix this.

    In addition which may help diagnose the issue, if I select category ‘Leisure Mats’, then only 1 product shows (Wide Rib Rubber Roll Matting), even though there are 6 products in this category.
    I can’t see that the product had anything especially unique making it show instead of others.
