    E-mails are going out every time I get a form submission but the results are not being saved in the plugin. When I go to results it always shows zero. This is a big issue as we have no results database outside the e-mails being sent. We are ont the paid plus plan as well.

    Why would results not be getting saved? how do I troubleshoot this?

    Thanks for reaching out!
    You should make sure entries addon is active first to save the results.
    If it is active already, then we need to investigate this issue.
    Plese send an email to [email protected] containing the log.
    Please note you can export the log from Quill Forms dashboard on your WordPress site -> System -> Logs.

    Under system> staus > logs I have nothing. I have had the entries add-on activated since we launched the forms. See image https://ibb.co/4NRQrQx

    Then we need an admin access to investigate this issue. It is almost caused by a critical error thrown by another plugin but let’s investigate this.

    No support for over a week after emails sent?
