Results by date

I am trying to set up a site of surveys to monitor my mothers dementia – I want to keep a record of things like mood, confusion level, medication and then be able to view, by date a series of graphs so i can see how, for example, missed medication effects her moods.

I haven’t purchased Pro yet, but intend to if it will do the job

I have been able to set up the surveys no problem – but wondering if there are some short codes to display the results in this way
