Results arent updating on my mobile device

    Hello,
    I created a poll and when i vote on one of the answers on my desktop I then go to my phone to see if it updates the total votes but it remains the same. There are both on the same wifi, i just dont know why on mobile its not updating the results.

    Hi Jasmine,
    Unfortunately my client had to go live with the poll working correctly on Friday and since then decided to not use it anymore.

    They paid for the upgrade to pro,
    Can they please get a refund since they were unhappy with it and will not be needing the plug in anymore?

    Let me know what steps to take in order to make it happen
