    Hi,
    First of all many thanks for this great plug-in.

    I’m setting the “Auto Placement Options”. Although the Rating Form is shown without any issue, Rating Results is not shown on the page.

    I’ve tried to have different setting combinations however it didn’t work.

    Reviewed the FAQs and forums but couldn’t found any solution.

    I’d appreciate if you can comment.

    Hi Altug,

    Sounds like a theme issue or a plugin conflict. Can you please try changing themes to test and disable all plugins to isolate the issue?

    I have a similar problem. The rating shows, but not the text that comes with it, which makes the rating rather useless.
    It depends on the theme as the standard wP theme works. But I use the Vertex theme – and there it does not work
    here https://debrink.tcwebdesign.nl you can see what I mean.

    My client wants a rating system in combination with comments, if I use your ‘pro’version, then this combination will work ?

    Still I’d like to see the free version working with the Vertex theme So any suggestions would be very welcome.

    Hi Tycho,

    The theme you are using has a conflicting style which is making the rating item text appear at position 0 bottom 0 underneath the rating form (notice the text which you can’t read?).

    Add the following custom CSS and it should fix the problem.
    .mr .description {
    position: relative !important;
    }
