Result search wc and wp

Hi everyone!

my question is as follows:
I do a search through wordpress (get_search_query). On the content-search.php page, I have this method <? php the_excerpt (); ?> and I modified the excerpt_more of WordPress to show a custom button, but the excerpt_more method does not work on the products.
I try search on internet my issue but I found only excerpt for single product, not for search result.
So, can I use the_excerpt by wordpress for the product on search page?
