• Hi Andrea, how are you? Thank you for developing the plugin. I have a question. I have created a custom template (index-2.php) and add a filter for this template, when I perform a search, the results are displayed on the index.php instead of the new index-2.php. Could you help me with this? Thank you!!

    Hi Jennifer,

    Please double check the following:

    1. Your custom directory page, let’s say it’s called ‘My new directory’, contains the shortcode:
    [bps_directory template="members/index-2, members/members-loop-2"]
    1. Your custom template files, ‘index-2.php’ and ‘members-loop-2.php’, are located in the ‘buddypress/members’ folder inside your active theme or child theme folder;
    2. In the ‘Edit Form’ admin page of your search form, the selected ‘Target Directory’ is your ‘My new directory’ page.
