Result page not loading

  • Hi the team,

    My quizz runs perfectly till the last question (10 questions) and after the result doesn’t appears. In fact, I can see an icon, spinning, spinning, … for ever.

    Many customers complain about that. What can I do? Is there a way to run the test in debugging mode?

    Update.

    In fact, it’s the contact page at the end of the quiz with the name and the email that doesn’t load.

    With my theme, I can manage a view for desktop and tablet, and another one for mobile. When I setup my website to display watu pro on desktop and also on mobile (2 different layout) the problem occurs. If I have only one layout for all the device, it works. But of course, I must have the quizzes on mobile for my audience

    If someone from the team wants to contact me directly to see what’s wrong, no problem.
