Resubscribe button

  • Looking for the option for users to RESUBSCRIBE when a past member has cancelled/expired a subscription. Would be very useful when sending re-engagement type emails. I have been testing this and some logins DO show a resubscribe button and some don’t. Our pricing has also changed, so for users that do have the button, when they go to click to resubscribe, it states the old pricing

    Are using a subscription plugin? If so, I recommend asking in that plugin’s support so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
