    Hi,

    Thank you for the plugin, it is very useful.
    I do have one issue though that when adding the HTML n the settings i see the html code instead of the customization for example:
    Wagyu Okoz <span style=’color:#ff0000;’> ***NEW***
    I am not sure how to solve this i searched the support but could not find something useful.
    Could it also be that I am running WP 5.7 and current version is still not updated to support it?

    Hi @viconico,

    Thanks for sharing your issue.

    It sounds like a problem with the rendering of the tile by your theme. Seeing HTML code means that the formatting Secondary Title applies is being escaped. Unfortunately, without knowing more about your installation, including the active theme and perhaps what plugins are in use, I can’t give you more information on this. But I’m certain it has nothing to do with outdated versions.

    Could you share a screenshot of your Secondary Title settings page so I can see what exactly you’ve entered in the “Format” input box? Also, please list your active theme and plugins.

    Please make a backup, deactivate all plugins, and see if the problem persists.

    I apologise for the long reply, currently i am do not have the time to do so sadly as i am swamped with other more urgent things. I do not want to keep this thread open for nothing. i will revisit this issue in due time.
