restrictions still work after deactivated plugins

  • Greetings,
    I have an issue with some plugins,
    I used some plugins to restrict pages to users according to their role but I am not getting the result expected. I decided to deactivate all the plugins used to put the restriction but the restriction is still there.
    I have checked many time what was the main issue, I could not find it.
    Could you please help me out how to solve this issue?
