    Hi,

I have set up a single restriction so that only logged in users can access posts but it is not working.

I want visitors to see the welcome page that will explain they must register an account and log in to see posts and then only be able to see the posts once logged in to their account.

Under General I set the dropdown to Logged In Users
Under Protection I set Redirect and Log In & Back
Under Content I set Is a Post

however, when I access the site , no restriction occurs and visitors can access all posts. Am I doing something wrong?

I am using version 1.1.9 on WordPress 6.1

    Hi @geoffatmm,

Apologies for the delay in response.

We did a test on our own environment and the restriction is working as intended. Please see: https://share.getcloudapp.com/qGux9ebz

Can you try the following for us?

    – Temporarily deactivate your third-party plugins except for Popup Maker and switch the theme to a default WordPress theme.
    – Clear out any browser, WordPress, server, database, and CDN caches you have.

Let us know how it goes!

    Hi @geoffatmm

I’m going to mark this as resolved, as we haven’t heard from you in a while.

Feel free to create a new thread if you have any other questions.

    Thank you!
