Restrictions in the media library?

  • I was looking for something to restrict access in the media library. I am using WATS (a support ticket system), and my users have access to the media library for uploads. I was wondering if your plugin can restrict access to only their uploads. I don’t want them mucking around with my media, and some of my clients’ docs are proprietary and should not be seen by other clients.

    Media restrictions are planned for the next release. Right now I can’t really say when that will be as we are SWAMPED. Both PSC and Adventure Journal are “free time” projects for us, so they always have to take a back-seat to paying work.

    I will say that this is at the absolute top of my to-do list, though.

    That is great news (about the feature coming–not so much about the time frame)! For now I will just not grant them access, but that will make it harder for them.
