Restriction view post by category for users roles

  • Hello,
    I am a newbie wordpress
    I would like to ask for recommendations plugin to limit the display of posts to individual user roles by category of post.
    I need also to restrict plugin for creating of posts a role, so that the user can choose only from a limited number of categories
    Also plugin to create user roles that could with what I wrote above worked well.
    (does not matter to me whether it will be all in one plugin, or whether they will need more)
