    Hi,

    Thanks again for a great plugin. UPiCRM currently presents all forms on the Data Types & Field page for field mapping.

    Is there a way to limit UPiCRM to just one particular form?

    I’m asking because my use case requires use of LeadIn on certain forms and UPiCRM on a particular form and I don’t know if using UPiCRM will preclude the use of LeadIn.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks!

    Hi, thank you for the question.
    Currently – we’re pretty much “holistic”… mapping all forms and fields.
    If I understand you correctly – your talking about the option to choose only specific forms to be imported into UPI ?

    thanks

    Hi Uri,

    Yes, that is correct: I would like the option of selecting which forms are imported into UPiCRM and trigger UPiCRM operation.

    I have confirmed the following current, undesirable, operation:

    1. UPiCRM is triggered on all forms — even those that have not been field mapped to UPiCRM;
    2. Submitting un-mapped forms cause blank records to be added to the database, blank records assigned, and blank notifications distributed;
    3. Testing suggests that UPiCRM preempts operation of other lead management/form handling plugins.

    Regarding #3: the site currently uses LeadIn on existing forms and we want to use UPiCRM with a specific form for the time being and continue to use LeadIn on the other forms. This does not appear possible since UPiCRM is now triggered on every form submission (even for unmapped forms) and LeadIn is no longer triggered on any form.

    Net-net: Our use case requires configuring UPiCRM to (1) trigger on specific, mapped forms only, and (2) allow other plugins/form handlers to trigger/operate.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks!

    Hi,
    I thought I might be able to offer a temporary solution :

    create an admin user, with logic (Auto lead management) rule to assign leads to the actual user you’re using , only if fields contain some value.
    This way you have a clear dashboard containing only “live” form feeds.

    Will it work ?
    Thanks
    Uri
