I use the Amelia plugin to book consultations. A client has purchased a 20 hour consultation slots for their staff. The consultations will be done by 3 of my employees. Let’s call the consultations a ‘service’. Is it possible to set a registration limit for a service, even if the number of free slots is more than 20h (my consultants are available for more hours than 20, so that the client’s employees have more choice of what they want to consult – maybe my employee A will have 13h of consultations, employee B will have 5h and nobody will register for C, because nobody has the problem he is dealing with. Or maybe C will have 20h and the others 0 each). I don’t want to assign 6-7 hours to each of them top-down to control these 20 ordered hours in this way.
I’ve looked up and down Amelia’s settings and tried to find a solution on Google, but there doesn’t seem to be such an option.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.

Regrettably, the Amelia plugin does not offer the capability to set a registration limit for a service when there are more available slots than the purchased hours. This means that, as of now, there isn’t a built-in feature to control registrations based on the purchased consultation hours. You may need to manually manage the allocation of consultation hours among your employees to ensure that the purchased hours are appropriately utilized.
