• A question about coupons. I am generating coupons and I need to know something: say you create 5 separate coupons (non-combinable) is it possible to limit the usage of the other 4 coupons? Say a customer uses coupon #1 and checks out. Then comes back and tries to use coupon #2 to buy another product. Is there a way of restricting the use of the rest of the coupons? (The shop is set to check out without making an account).

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out.

It is possible to limit the usage of coupons in the way you described. However, since your shop is set to check out without making an account, it becomes a bit tricky as WooCommerce doesn’t have a built-in feature to track guest checkouts in this manner.

You can use plugins like ‘WooCommerce Coupon Restrictions‘ which allows you to limit coupon usage based on user’s role, or previously purchased products. You can set it up to restrict the usage of the rest of the coupons once a customer has used one.

Please remember that WooCommerce Coupon Restrictions is a premium plugin, and we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if the plugin does not meet your specific needs.

Hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
