I have a website where I am selling using woocommerce certain products, we use two different options how customers can get their purchased items: “collection only” (2 locations currently) and delivery within London. Now, certain items I have are not eligible for deliveries at all, and I have configured it using Flexible Shipping by Octolize and when those items are added to the cart I don’t see the “delivery” as an option, which is great, but (!) the moment I select an item that is eligible for delivery and add it to the cart, the entire cart (including the non-eligible items) can be ordered for delivery. I have banged my head in trying to solve it. Is there a plugin or ways to make a user not being able to purchase items that are not eligible for deliveries in this scenario. How can I restrict it?

    Hi @gyuzala

One solution would be to use the WooCommerce Advanced Shipping Packages plugin. It allows you to split your cart into multiple packages, each with its own shipping configuration. You can create a package for items that are only available for collection, and another for items that can be delivered.

Alternatively, you could use a plugin like WooCommerce Advanced Shipping, which allows you to create advanced shipping conditions. For example, you could set a condition that if certain products are in the cart, only the ‘collection only’ shipping option is available.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

Hi again @gyuzala! We’ve not heard from you in a while, and hopefully you managed to find a solution. I’m going to mark this thread as resolved, but if you need more help, feel free to create another one.
