    Hello,

    I was wondering if there was a way to restrict Agent right to only allow them to make comments. When only selecting “Reply To Tickets” they are allowed to create a note as well as submit based on the ticket’s current status.

    Is there any way to allow agents to only submit notes?

    Currently, it is not possible to restrict the agents to only submit an internal note. But we do provide an option to restrict the agent capabilities while creating an agent. If you do not want the agent to reply to a ticket, while creating the agent, you can set the restrictions.
