Is it possible to restrict access to photos, movies, posts, etc?

  • Hoping this makes sense….Is there a way to restrict access to posts, photos, videos, other files via the address bar but still have them viewable via a certain internal url?

    I am using SlideDeck on my homepage as my entire website. I want all content to be viewable through the slides but not elsewhere. For example if you view source code and then type a video url into address bar I want an error message to show or redirect to homepage. Is this possible?

  • I do not believe that to be possible. You can use a ‘right-click’ stopper, dynamic drive has a good one. That doesn’t solve what your wanting to a complete effect though does it?

    I just don’t see any solutions, and may I ask why you are wanting this?
