Restrict With Pop Up Listing

Hi

Is it possible, and if it is, can you tell me how can i restrict listing to “customer” role so when “customer” role clicks on single listing pop up message shows up with little message and the button…
I would left admin and subscribers to view listings normally i would only restrict to customer.. But i would love that little pop window shows up when they click on single listing…
Is it possible to achieve this? I assume that i would need to install some other plugin?
