Restrict which users can edit pages/posts

I seem to be turning in circle, obviously searching with the wrong terms. COuld somebody possibly point me in the right direction. I am trying to locate a good plugin so I can create a couple user account, which I then can restrict their ability to edit only very specific page, not able to change any setting, only edit assigned pages/posts. Can this be done? Are there any existing plug-ins for this?
