Restrict what content is sent to subscribers

I have a travel blog where, in my blog posts, I would like to post specific travel posts, as well as running posts. The running posts will only consist of a google map of where I’ve run and I don’t necessarily want a subscriber to get an email for those. Is it possible to restrict what content is sent to subscribers? If I tagged all of those posts in the Category “Running Log”, is there somewhere I can input that I don’t want those sent to subscribers. I use Feedburner. Thanks!
