Restrict Visitor if no Cookies Allowed?

Question… is there a way to redirect someone / or even block them from visiting a website if they don’t allow cookies? i.e. Affiliate cookies that generate income from all the hard work of building a website? With the upcoming changes to “fingerprint blocking” by Firefox Apple etc… It might be nice to have a way to fight back a little. No cookies… no soup for you.
