Restrict user to view own posts

    How can I restrict a user (who is an author) so they can only see their own posts?

    I’m using Author Category plugin to restrict users to post in a designated category but can’t restrict their viewing rights.

    I’ve tried the various role manager plugins with no luck.

    The following plugins:

    User Access Manager
    User Permissions
    User Role Editor
    User Specific Content

    don’t do this.

    Any more ideas?

    this should be one of the role capabilities by default, it is so essential for any customer relation application.
