Restrict to Contintental United States

  • Your plugin is fantastic and works perfectly. However is there a way to restrict the United State to only the 48 continental states? Or possibly a php code to exclude Hawaii and Alaska?

    It would be possible to implement that.
    I just don’t have enough free time at the moment, so I cannot implement that so soon.
