    Hello,

    I am working on a project for a client that needs to restrict ticket purchases to within the same day as the event only. They do not want people reserving spots for their recurring events before 10am of the same day. They also do not want people reserving after 4pm of the same day for their recurring events that take place at 5pm.

    I am unable to get this to work using the parameters for tickets “Available From” and “Available Until”. I have the latest wordpress (5.7.1) and latest events manager plugin. No other plugins are installed, it is an instance on WP Engine.

    The available to and available from fields seem to work fine if I set the “days before event starts” input to 1 or more. However putting 0 or leaving that field blank and just having the time (10:00am) does not let the values save; when I hit publish they reset to either what they were before, to null fields, or to 12:00am.

    Sometimes I am able to save the fields to the values I want, sometimes one value I change saves correctly (such as the available from) but then other values (such as the available to, or the event cutoff date) change, even though I didn’t modify them.

    It seems like there is some buggy behavior going on. Would it be possible to try to reproduce the issue and let me know if you know what might be the cause?

    Just to confirm, you are already using EM Dev version 5.9.11.4?

    Hi,

    Yes I’m using the latest EM Dev Version 5.9.11.4. I have 4 recurring events, for two of them I am trying to set their ticket availability to “0 days before the event starts at 10:00am” and the value isn’t saving when I click update.

    For the other two, I somehow got the value to save, and the availability is set for “0 days before the event starts at 10:00am”.

    I am not sure what is causing it so sometimes save, and mostly not save correctly.
