Restrict taxonomy creation

    I created 3 taxonomies on my site:

    -Location.
    -Subject.
    -Timeframe.

    How can i deactivate the options

    +Add new Timeframe, +add new subject, and +add new timeframe for the users? I just want them to select from an already created list of locations, subjects and timeframes, i don’t want them to create new ones.
