Restrict Submissions per day

    Hello,

    Seeking advice on how to configure a restriction of one submission per email per day. Using the form to gather voting on nomination submissions, but must restrict/limit amount of submissions a user can make per day. Is this available in the paid modules? I cannot locate the option for restrictions.
