Restrict or Allow certain MIME Types per User Roles

Love this plugin.

Just needs one thing….

The ability to restrict mime types per user role.

The Admin should be able to upload ALL mime type, while certain mime types should be restricted to Authors and Editors.

Please consider in next update.
