Restrict number of groups created

Any chance of this plugin working with the PMPro plugin? They have a plugin to create roles for each membership in addition to a plugin to control what BuddyPress features are accessible to each role. What I need to do is limit the number of BP groups users of a role can create with the default option being 1.

So I guess I’m asking if this plugin can work with PMPro and if there’s a way to limit the number of groups created based on membership role?
