Restrict MPD to certain sites issue

Restrict Some Sites settings are used even when “Select a Master Site” is selected.

To recreate:
Choose “Restrict Some Sites”, then select a few sites and save.
Then click “Select a Master Site” and save.

In the “Multisite Post Duplicator” metabox, only the originally selected sites will be available.
