Restrict Invoice to be printed twice or count the number of generating the PDF

Dear Sir is there any way to restrict shop manager to reprint a printed invoice or to count the number of time the invoice was rendered or generated , so we can avoid having duplicates invoices and is it possible to limit the pdf rendering to one time and allow it by an adminstrator approval to be printed or generated for the second times
