Restrict Image Access

This plugin works great for me to Control access to posts. I add a UAM group called “Trusted”. I add a post category called “Restricted” and assign the “Trusted” user group. From then on only Trusted users can see Restricted content.

I wish there was a similar way with this plugin, or another, to manage images. So that images with a “Restricted” tag could only be viewed by “Trusted” users. Why isn’t this a thing, or is it?
