Restrict Editing of Profile Fields

Hi,

You can check our Field Visibility Addon. It allows you to enable the read-only option for particular fields on registration form, profile page, or both. If you don’t want your user to change the details once they fill the registration form, then you can make those fields (e.g: email address field) read-only on the profile page.
