Restrict customer to cancel order

    Hi, i think this feature is already there.
    customer can’t cancel the order directly, customer can only send the cancel request for making order cancel.
    admin can approve the request or can deny.

    But i need to restrict the user when he click on cancel order button and not allowing him to cancel the order and show custom message.

    can you please help to solve this one.

    it will need to customize the code, it’s not possible with current plugin code.
