Restrict Custom Post Type Categories for non logged in users

I need a plugin that restricts content in this case custom post type categories to certain user roles. It’s for a business listing site so I can’t have this content displayed at all as well as in the drop down field in the search section unless their on a user role that has access.

Can this do it?
