• Hello!

Thanks for this plugin, is very useful!

I’m trying to allow logged user to stay at the (restricted) page he wants to access, so I added the login shortcode in the page alert message setting.

However, it appears that the option is not working. The content is showed and the login form appears in the end of the page (outside the “wrapper”).

I need to show the login form right below h3.subtitle element. Everything below this element should be restricted.

    Is it possible?

    Thanks in advance,
    Marco Andrei

    Hi @marcoandrei,

Could you please do a conflict test? (ideally in a staging environment):

??*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

    Kind regards,

    Hello, Madalina!

Thanks for your reply. Actually I already did this test and the problem continues.

I deactivate all plugins except Profile Builder and Advanced Custom Fields, because I need ACF to show the page information.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you!

    Hi @marcoandrei,

When you did the conflict test, can you please tell me if you have checked with Twenty Twenty theme?

    Kind regards,

    Hello, @madalinaruzsa!

Actually I keep ACF plugin activated, because the page doesn’t work without this plugin. In fact, if I deactivate ACF, nothing is showed in the page, including login form:

    Can you help me?

    Thanks

Sorry, @madalinaruzsa, I forgot to say that I did the test with Twenty Twenty theme and the login form appears.

But when I get back to my own custom theme, based on ACF, I can’t make the login appear.

What I have to observe in my theme to make the Profile Builder plugin work correctly?

    Thanks in advance,
    Marco Andrei

    Hi @marcoandrei,

Would you mind offering me more details on this? Is it a custom theme made from scratch? Or is it based on something?

    Kind regards.
