    Hello Team,
    I want your help with one of my idea. I want to create a portal where different employers post jobs and candidates come on the website and apply for the job without sharing any of their information with the admin. I don’t want entries in my WordPress database. whenever a candidate applies for the job the admin gets notified but can not see the information of the candidate. only the employer should be allowed to see the data of the candidate.

    Is there any possible way to do so or is any third-party plugin you suggest using with WP Job Manager plugin?

  • Hi @ashankrao,

    That is not something you can do with the default WP Job Manager plugin features. You can set it up so that when employers submit a job listing they can direct to a page for the candidate to apply to, or provide an email the candidate can apply to, but in those scenarios the admin of the site wouldn’t be notified of the candidate submitting an application.

    If you use the Applications add-on with WP Job Manager, any application submitted by the candidate would be included in the WordPress database. There are third party plugins that allow for editing the permissions of users on the site, such as User Role Editor that may be able to achieve some of what you’re looking for, but the details would still be in the WordPress database.
