Restrict content by user roles

    Hi Joachim, I am looking for a way of restricting content in BuddyPress defined by user roles, not only restriction on whether you are a BP member or not.

    Besides that, I am still looking for a way of restricting BP content elements like read and write messages.

    Is this something you will implement in a future update?

    Hiding/showing restricted items from lists/archives/widgets and even BuddyPress profiles is on the roadmap, but it will require a lot of work to implement while still making sure the plugin is lightweight. So unfortunately I still have no ETA on it, but hopefully I will be able to spend more time on the plugin at some point.
