Restrict comments

Is it possible to restrict comments in backend also?
I’d like to create ad ADMIN-CATEGORY-A who can insert post only in CATEGORY-A but also can view/moderate ONLY comments from CATEGORY-A from comments menu, hiding others comments from others categories (CAT-B, CAT-C, etc…)
