    Hi,

I saw a couple of threads before asking about this (e.g. not shipping large items internationally etc.), but the suggested solution doesn’t seem to be working for me. I can’t put ‘N/A’ into the shipping class box for the zones, the default N/A seems to just be offering the basic rate for that zone (work just as O).

Any advice would be much appriciated.

    Thank you.

  • Hi @uchijjang – Is there a reason you’re using a base rate for the flat rate option? You could try leaving the base rate empty, then tacking on that cost to the other classes within the flat rate. As long as you leave the shipping class cost empty that you don’t want to offer (not N/A or 0, just empty), it shouldn’t be offered in checkout.
