• Hello!

Thanks for this great plugin, although I seem to have a slight problem with it. Hopefully it can be easily fixed. Check below.

I have a category structure like this:

    Person #1:
    – Category 1
    – Category 2
    – Category 3

    Person #2:
    – Category 1
    – Category 2
    – Category 3

    Person #3:
    – Category 1
    – Category 2
    – Category 3

Each user has been restricted to only be able to access the sub-categories that belong to them. Thus, Person #1 will only be able to access the sub-categories of the top level category with the same name, i.e. Person #1. On the computer this works great, but not on the iPhone app.

On the iPhone app there are not any categories at all, except for Uncategorized which every user has access to, and I noticed that this is due to the lack of a top level access. As soon as I activated the category Person #1 to the corresponding user, they could see all sub-categories and the top level as it should be.

Although, in this particular case I need them to only see the child-categories, because they are not to blog in the top-level ones, and therefore I do not want to expose these to the users.

    Thanks in advance,
    Jonathan

    Hello!

Out of curiousity, did you ever find out what could be causing this issue?

    Thanks in advance,
    Jonathan
