Restrict by location

    Hi, this is the first time I have been able to see the ghost carts thanks to your plugin. It appears that 95% of our abandoned carts are from international users which we do not currently serve. Is there a way to restrict both the cart recovery email and Exit intent pop up by location? Thanks.

    Glad to hear this and thank you for your question. If you are getting huge amounts of ghost carts, you may also look at this Docs: https://www.cartbounty.com/abandoned-carts/#prevent-bots-from-leaving-abandoned-carts which will explain options on how to try and eliminate Bots from leaving carts.

    Now as to your question on restricting specific countries from abandoned cart recovery and Exist Intent. I’m afraid at this point there is no such option, but I’m adding your idea and suggestion to our wish-list.
