Restrict Article but not category index

  • Hi,

    How can I restrict the access to articles (single view) but not to the article index (category view)?

    Thanks for choosing to use XXX and for taking the time to leave this review!

    Just to clarify: What would you like your visitors to see in the article index then?

    By default, if you restrict access to “A Post with Category” of X, they can visit the index and see the post names still.

    And, if you turn on the “Show excerpts above access denied message?” option on the “Protection” tab of the restriction, it would show the excerpts for each article too.
