Restrict admin access by role

Have added the constants to wpconfig file, but the contact form post type is still available within the admin to authors.

define( 'WPCF7_ADMIN_READ_CAPABILITY', 'manage_options' );
define( 'WPCF7_ADMIN_READ_WRITE_CAPABILITY', 'manage_options');

I am working within a fresh local site running 2021 and WP5.6. I have referenced the following:
