Restrict admin access based on user role

Hi

In the admin screen dashboard menu, is there a way to restrict/grant custom access to Coupon Affiliates based on user role? Can I do it with Members plugin with a custom permission, or with a custom code in functions.php maybe? I have a “Marketing” role that only needs access to Coupon Affiliates, coupons, newsletters etc in order to manage these. Thank you
