Restrict access to non-admin users

Hey all,
I have set up a new user as an Author, however they can still see Jetpack (dashboard and settings)

I have read the article on the forums all-users-are-viewing-the-jetpack-dashboard-information but in Jetpack>Settings there are no settings to add or remove user roles.

I’ve debugged the site via https://tools.jetpack.com/debug/ and it’s setup correctly.

Can anyone make make any suggestions as i’m at a loss?
