Restrict access / manual account activation

Hi there,

My goal is that users can register themselfs for free on the website but must be manually activated by an admin to have access to restricted content.

Therefore I have chosen “Ausstehend” under general settings. (At Default account status under general settings). (Ausstehend is german for to be defined, I guess).

Now, the users can register and after they clicked the activation link their account is active, which is not what I wanted.

What do I need to change?
